Welcome to RealTranslate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RealTranslate, including any related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service") offered by us. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RealTranslate, a RealTranslate employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
